(http://www.donbluthanimation.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2283#post2283) The character is going to be a Pygmy Owl...

There are two kinds of owls in the world, some that are busy and some that like to watch. This tiny pygmy owl is the latter kind; he likes to watch! He will not speak in our 3 minute animation short, just watch.
Like the proverbial grandpa that sits on the front porch sipping tea and counting cars as they go by, this pygmy owl clings to his branch and watches our fox and rabbit run wildly through the forest. “He don’t know what it means, and he don’t care,” but, he certainly is entertained by the excitement of it all. Did I mention that the Cyber Garage Project will include a chase scene?
Don't forget... The winner of this competition will have his/her character animated in the Cyber Garage Project
As we publish the storyboards to Cyber Garage, the pygmy owl will be blacked out until the winner is chosen. Good luck!
