Hi guys!
I was just wondering if anyone had any idea how to print audio onto an x-sheet?

Here is an example of what I mean. (Sorry I couldn't find a better example)

Thanks!

The image you linked to above is showing an X-sheet printed from ToonBoom Harmony. Harmony and some other programs will print out a paper copy of the X-sheet with the graphical representation of the sound waves printed in the "Dial" (soundtrack) column on the left side of the Exposure Sheet. The old Animo program used to do that (Animo has now been purchased and absorbed into the ToonBoom line of products) I think the lip-sync program Magpie Pro will do the same , if I remember correctly. (I don't currently have Magpie Pro to look at it).

Here's what an Animo X-sheet with printed sound breakdown looked like:

Having the graphical sound wave printed on the X-sheet is nice, but not necessary. It saves time , but the old way of simply notating the sound by hand on an X-sheet works fine.

(dialogue breakdown is noted in the left-hand column under "Dial") -

Yes useful information indeed, thank you David for posting.
Don actually did an on-line animation Workshop a while ago about acting. As an animation exercise, students who attended the workshop animated a brief dialogue scene matching an audio track supplied by Don himself. That turned out to be a great learning experience! :)
