We're having issues with users continually having to login to the forum. We are currently working to fix this problem.

I am a member, and when I am on the sign in page it shows me as signed in, but as soon as I go to any other page I seem to be logged out, so I am not able to access any of the member content. I am using the Safari browser on a Mac powerbook.
Thanks,
S.

Hi there,
Sorry you're having problems... You may want to try this because we reset some items in the back-end of the forum so you're probably still operating in the forum using an old cookie.

1) Delete all old cookies in your browser...
In Firefox > Tools > Options > Privacy > Show cookies > remove all cookies.

2) Log back into donbluthanimation.com/forum and put a check mark in the "Remember Me" checkbox.

Let me know if this works

I tried removing all cookies, but I still am not able to access member pages such as the ragbag. I can access the forum pages fine, just not the member section. When I sign in, it takes me to the member_home.php page, and says "Welcome to your home page Shane Glines." but I am not able to access any of the member specific pages. I signed up for the monthly recurring membership.
Thanks for the help,
S.

Yes, I signed up for the monthly recurring membership. I was able to access member content immediately after joining but not since.

Thats odd. Send Dave a message so he can investigate it more fully.

Hi Dave, I'm having the same problem than Shane Glines... I subscribed the monthly membership and was set to renew on Sept 16th or 15th... I thought it would renew automatically but it didn't charge my credit card... Am I supposed to join manually again? I can still access the forum but can't access the member pages! Could you please tell me what's going on?

Thanks very much,
Miriam
